Rhythm Events is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including delays or cancellations due to force majeure, third-party vendors, or events beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding their event. Delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Rhythm Events.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for the initial deposit. All sales are final.
In the event of cancellation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated depending on availability and is subject to updated terms.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your event date and begin planning. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract.
All clients are required to sign a formal agreement before services begin. This agreement outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms.
